The dosage instructions say a pea sized portion the listing and, on the box, but as we know peas come in all sizes. The jar advertises that it contains 80 doses in a 40g jar so that is 0.5 grams per dose, which for me sits just over the tip pf the spoon that is included. I have included a photo.
It doesn’t taste very pleasant so take in in a drink, it dissolves quicker in hot drinks. It is very sticky but that is because it is concentrated.
It comes in a lovely container with the spoon for measuring the dose.
