To ensure a seamless shipping experience, BeepWell has partnered with trusted logistics providers to deliver your orders efficiently.

We make sure that:

  • All products reach you in perfect condition, without any damage.

  • Our packaging materials are of top quality, sourced from reliable vendors.

  • Every package is thoroughly tested to ensure it's secure and ready for shipping.

Shipping Destination: We currently ship within the United States only. While we don’t offer international shipping yet, we’re working on expanding to other regions soon.

Shipping Fees: We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Order Confirmation & Processing:

  • Once you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation email right away.

  • Our team will process your order within 1 day and then hand it over to our logistics partner for delivery.

  • If our delivery partner is unable to reach you at the provided address or time, they will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time.

  • Please note, during peak times or special promotions, order processing might take a bit longer due to increased demand. We appreciate your patience during these busy periods.

Delivery Time:

  • We take 1 day for processing and dispatching the order.
  • After processing and dispatching, your order will be delivered within 3-5 days.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment on the shipping carrier’s website.
