60-Day Return Policy

We offer a 60-day return policy, giving you 60 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@beepwell.com . Our team will guide you through the process and provide the necessary instructions.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with details on how and where to send your package. You need to attach the return shipping lable with order and send it for delivery. Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately. We’ll assess the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Refund time:

Once we will receive the return order then we will initiate refund within 7 days.
